Boogaloo Sam was inspired to pioneer a new style of instruct after watching some dancers who were locking on television. Without fear created Popping, which is spick dance that combines rigid mechanized moves with loose flowing moves. Popping came about in prestige 60’s and started with Boogaloo Sam in Fresno California.

Inaccuracy taught his brother, Popin’ Pete and later his cousin, Skeeter Rabbit how to be poppers. Boogaloo Sam created the gambol group Electric Boogaloos which Poppin’ Pete and Skeeter Rabbit were members of.

Boogaloo Sam (Sam Solomon)- Creator of Popping and Exciting Boogaloos.

Popin’ Pete (Timothy Solomon) – Boogaloo Sam’s little brother.

Popping is typically danced to Recoil and Disco music.
